Required Ingredients:

  • Salt: 4 teaspoons
  • Paprika: 2 teaspoons
  • Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme: 1 teaspoon
  • White pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Quartered: 2 onions
  • Whole chickens: 2 (4 pound)

How to Make Roast Sticky Chicken?
In preparation it will take up-to 10 minutes and cooking time more then five hours for best taste. Mix salt, paprika, thyme, black pepper, white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder & cayenne pepper in small bowl. Clean the chicken from giblets and other un-wanted material. Now wash chicken cavity and clean with paper towel. Now rub the chicken each inside and then out with spice mixture which is made in mixing bowl. Now place one onion into the cavity of both chicken. After doing this, place both chickens in reseal-able bags or double wrap with plastic wrap. Now you have to refrigerate whole night or at-least for 5 to 6 hours. After this, now preheat oven upto 250 degree F, and put this chicken in a roasting pan. Now bake un-covered for minimum 5 hours at a minimum internal 85 degree C temperature.  Before carving, chicken stand for 10 minutes for best taste.
